Overview

Our curriculum consists of:

Meeting and exceeding state standards

All day kindergarten

Sequential academic programs: art, music, Spanish, technology, and physical education

Off site learning: art and science museums, opera, orchestra, and, plays, farm tours, etc..

Excelling in time on task, continuity from grade to grade, and smaller student to teacher ratios

The school wide standardized measurement tool is MAP assessments. St. Edward School students perform well above the national average.

All classes at St. Edward School participate in community service projects and character development programs. Great emphasis is placed on service and stewardship. The focus of an outstanding music program is the weekly Children's Mass. Students participate through singing, playing instruments, and using sign language. The Mass has truly become a weekly highlight.
